Kristen Miller Appointed to Colorado’s Underground Damage Prevention Safety Commission

T2 Utility Engineers (T2ue) is proud to share that Kristen Miller, PE, has been appointed by the Governor of Colorado to serve on the state’s Underground Damage Prevention Safety Commission for the 2025-2028 term. Kristen was nominated by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Colorado and selected for appointment by the outgoing Commission. She will represent engineers on this influential commission focused on underground utility damage prevention and public safety.

T2 Utility Engineers, Inc. has acquired GeoScan Subsurface Surveys, Inc. (GeoScan), a leading provider of utility locating, Subsurface Utility Engineering, GIS Utility Mapping, Geophysics, Surveying, and GPR services in British Columbia with three locations. In business since 2011, GeoScan is recognized for innovative approaches and the quality of their services. The GeoScan team will expand T2ue’s reach across Western Canada as the combined teams provide a full range of SUE, utility locating, GPR and GIS services to support client needs across British Columbia and Western Canada.

T2 Utility Engineers Acquires Applied Professional Services

T2 Utility Engineers has acquired Applied Professional Services, Inc. (APS), a leading provider of utility locating services in Washington and Oregon, effective March 31, 2023. APS provides a suite of utility locating services, including utility designating, vacuum excavation, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), and video pipe inspection services (CCTV) to clients across the region. APS will continue to provide those services as well as supporting the expansion of T2 Utility Engineers’ Subsurface Utility Engineering services in the Pacific Northwest. In business since 1996, APS’ experienced team is recognized for the high quality of their work and for developing long-standing client relationships.
