T2 Utility Engineers, Inc. has acquired GeoScan Subsurface Surveys, Inc. (GeoScan), a leading provider of utility locating, Subsurface Utility Engineering, GIS Utility Mapping, Geophysics, Surveying, and GPR services in British Columbia with three locations. In business since 2011, GeoScan is recognized for innovative approaches and the quality of their services. The GeoScan team will expand T2ue’s reach across Western Canada as the combined teams provide a full range of SUE, utility locating, GPR and GIS services to support client needs across British Columbia and Western Canada.

“I am enthusiastic about the benefits this merger provides for our clients and the GeoScan team,” said Will Meredith, Owner of GeoRadar Group. It is obvious in the synergies between GeoScan and T2ue’s core values that this will be a successful partnership. This will provide many opportunities for our staff at GeoScan to build their careers, and for our clients to receive the highest level of service possible in British Columbia.

Matt Bourgeois, President of T2 Utility Engineers, Canada, added, “Acquiring GeoScan is not just a transaction; it’s an investment in the staff, the culture, and the joint desire to provide the best possible service to our clients. I’m excited to witness these two companies, each fueled by dedicated teams with the shared passion and vision of creating something extraordinary together. This strategic move aligns with our vision for growth and will enhance our capabilities in the market.” T2 Utility Engineers is part of the Kiwa Group of companies, a Netherlands-based global leader in testing, inspection, certification, and consultancy.
