To check the feasibility of the design, the shop drawings and the specifications are verified. The report contains recommendations for achieving a sustainable finish that meets the relevant requirements of the Buildings Decree at the lowest possible costs and risks. If required, recommendations can be made for the contractor regarding control measures for the risks. The risks and control measures are converted into euros, allowing well-considered choices to be made.
