Kiwa conducts an office and site/depot audit. This audit process is stringent and is designed to establish that the company has the appropriate legal documentation, risk management, method statement, staff training, equipment maintenance and calibration, health and safety policy and site surveys in place. Once evidence has been collated and verified, our auditor will conduct a site visit where they will witness a live site installation, looking at relevant documentation - a site survey, risk assessment and method statement.

Once an installation company has satisfied the conditions of the audit, they will be presented with a Kiwa Building Products certificate and a Kiwa Installer Assessment and Surveillance Scheme pictogram for use on promotional material.

Why have a Kiwa Installer Assessment and Surveillance Scheme quality mark?

  • A way of demonstrating to clients your commitment to quality
  • Installing Kiwa certified material, as well as being part of a Kiwa Installer Assessment and Surveillance Scheme - a great selling point
  • You can use the Kiwa logo on your marketing material to communicate your achievement of the membership and your association with the globally recognised brand
