Courses energy sector

The required professional knowledge for a technical function at intermediate or higher technical level at an energy distribution company is not or hardly offered within the regular vocational education. Kiwa Training has been providing specialist courses for decades to supplement this lack in the regular education system.

This concerns both general technical training courses at intermediate (mbo) and higher (hbo) vocational education level and training and examinations for employees who carry out highly specialized work such as the welding of plastic gas pipes, the monitoring of 'cathodic protection systems', the leak detection of gas pipes and the maintenance of gas stations.

We focus our training courses on both the personnel of energy distribution companies and employees of construction companies involved in the construction and maintenance of energy distribution networks.
