In order to structure quality assurance relating to the odourisation of the gas, Kiwa Technology performs measurement checks and inspections, which are assessed on a random basis to determine compliance or non-compliance with the stipulations relating to gas transfer between the national gas network operator, Gas Transport Services, and the regional gas network operators.
Kiwa also checks the odourisation of Green Gas feed-in systems. Kiwa performs this check at the point of transfer between a Green Gas producer and a regional gas network operator.
