A delivery set is a device that supplies heating, cooling and/or domestic hot water from a distribution network to an end user. This can involve an indoor installation for heating and/or cooling a building or residence (see image) and/or heating tap water, for example, for showering and other household uses. 

Heating and cooling distribution networks vary in design temperature and pressure differential, meaning each network places different demands on a delivery set. Additionally, there may be specific end-user requirements, such as the available capacity for heating and cooling or hot water supply.
