The Performance Ladder Circular uses a tiered model that maps your progress toward a circular economy. You don't immediately rise to the highest level, but can develop further year after year.

Level 1 (Development): A documented management system and action plan are in place.
Level 2 (Implementation): Resources are provided and employees are trained accordingly.
