Official or Private Mandate: We Review for You
In Germany, appointments are carried out via two routes. In both cases, we provide legally binding confirmation of compliance with all building code requirements:
| Type of Engagement | Role |
|---|---|
| Public Appointment | Our officially appointed review engineers act independently and without instruction. In this role, they perform regulatory review tasks directly on behalf of building authorities, under the supervision of the competent العليا building authority. |
| Private Appointment | We review your project directly on your behalf as independent experts to ensure full compliance with all fire protection requirements. |
Nationwide Expertise
Each federal state in Germany has its own specific building regulations. Thanks to our nationwide operations, we are highly familiar with the respective procedures and requirements.

Fire and Evacuation Simulations
Every building is unique. Fire and smoke represent equally significant hazards, influenced by the specific spatial layout as well as the materials and airflow conditions. Using our advanced digital simulation technology (FDS – Fire Dynamics Simulator), we can model individual fire and smoke development scenarios with a probability of at least 90%.
