With deep expertise in drinking water quality, regulation, and industry standards, he plays a leading role in shaping safe and reliable water systems across Europe. Working over 25 years within Kiwa Marco has held various roles starting more technical towards management roles in various countries and businesses.

In the current role he drives the global development of the roots of Kiwa securing the leading role in the water TIC business. Technical knowledge, strategic insights, cross-border collaboration together with strategic market insights gives business and geographical growth and expansion.

Marco is also Chair of the Group of (future) Notified Bodies for Drinking Water (NB-DW), working closely with industry partners, authorities, and experts to advance consistent and future-proof drinking water compliance.
