Kiwa ExTEL opens new Tainan office to strengthen customer support in southern Taiwan
Kiwa ExTEL has officially opened its new office in Tainan, marking another important milestone in strengthening our presence in Taiwan's renewable energy market. Located in the Shalun Green Energy Science City, the new office brings our technical expertise closer to customers in southern Taiwan while supporting the continued growth of our solar services across the Asia-Pacific region.
Taiwan's renewable energy sector continues to grow as the country advances its energy transition and expands solar power deployment. As solar assets mature, demand is increasing for independent inspection, performance verification and intelligent operation and maintenance solutions to maximise plant performance and long-term asset value.
The new Tainan office will serve as a regional hub for the research, development and technical support of Kiwa ExTEL's Dust Analysis System (DAS) solutions. By strengthening our local engineering capabilities, we can respond more quickly to customer needs, provide faster on-site technical support and further enhance the quality of our services throughout southern Taiwan.

Bringing together renewable energy companies, research institutes and technology organisations, the campus provides an ideal environment for collaboration and innovation. Being part of this ecosystem enables Kiwa ExTEL to strengthen partnerships while contributing to the development of Taiwan's renewable energy industry.
"Taiwan is one of Kiwa ExTEL's key markets in Asia-Pacific, and the opening of our Tainan office reflects our long-term commitment to supporting the country's renewable energy transition," said Fred Chen, General Manager of Kiwa ExTEL Taiwan. "By combining Kiwa's global expertise with our local engineering team, we will continue to expand our inspection, testing and intelligent monitoring capabilities while delivering faster, more responsive services to our customers."
With the opening of the Tainan office, Kiwa ExTEL reinforces its commitment to supporting customers with independent solar inspection, testing and monitoring services. As Taiwan's renewable energy market continues to evolve, we will continue working alongside customers and industry partners to improve solar asset performance and contribute to a more sustainable energy future.
