Dust Analysis System (DAS 2.0)
Receive a quote tailored to your needs
DAS 2.0 is an advanced device designed to accurately measure the level of soiling in operating PV power plants. This innovative technology enables efficient scheduling of module cleaning, resulting in significant cost savings and optimal power output for owners and O&M providers.
Three Main Installation Types
Floating Solar Power Plants : Customizable with independent power supply designs, installed on floating pontoon structures. Ideal for large-scale offshore or inland water-based PV projects.
Ground-mounted Solar Power Plants : Capable of installing multiple DAS 2.0 units to enable zonal dust accumulation monitoring. Cleaning schedules can be optimized based on regional dust levels, reducing overall maintenance costs.
Rooftop Solar Power Plants : Helps owners determine the optimal timing and priority for module cleaning, maximizing power generation efficiency and operational performance.
Solution in accordance with IEC 61724-1
Initially developed in 2018 by ExTEL Energy engineers, DAS 2.0 provides a comprehensive solution to quantify the soiling status of PV power plants in accordance with the IEC 61724-1 standard. Since its introduction, over 100 units have been successfully installed, serving as reliable monitors for the soiling status of PV projects across Taiwan. As a result, the DAS 2.0 system has proven highly beneficial for owners of both commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop installations and utility-scale PV power plants.
Benefits
By utilizing the DAS 2.0, you can ensure optimal performance and maintenance of your PV power plants. Take advantage of this cutting-edge technology to make informed decisions about module cleaning schedules, reduce operational costs, and maximize the power output of your solar assets.
