Conduct a detailed gap analysis, developing a detailed proposal for conformance to ISO 9001:2015
Prioritize and develop a plan/ schedule for the program
Develop/ update the processes and necessary documentation for conformance with ISO 9001
Train all associated personnel as per the new Quality Management System and assist with implementation of the new Quality Management System
Conduct internal audit to verify and validate the effectiveness of the implementation
