Early Warning System (EWS) voor GMP+ (Recall, Incident report)

As a GMP + certified company, you may detect threatening situations regarding abnormal and (possible) unsafe feed. In this case, notification to GMP+ and Kiwa is obligatory.

Kiwa’s email address for submitting a report is nl.ewsgmp@kiwa.com.

At GMP+, you can submit a report via the GMP+ Portal or by sending in a completed report form. Visit gmpplus.org to submit your report to GMP+ and for more information about the Early Warning System (EWS) procedure (recall, incident report). After submitting the report, Kiwa and/or GMP+ will let you know if any additional actions need to be taken.
