Kiwa welcomes new management members to support growth

Ivonne Verlinde has recently joined Kiwa as Chief Integration and Transformation Officer (CITO) and member of the Kiwa Board. Matt Courtney has taken the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) for Intega – part of the Kiwa Group since December 2021 – and member of Kiwa’s Executive Council.

The extension of the Kiwa management is in line with the growth of our company. Kiwa currently has over 7,500 employees in more than 35 countries and we expect further expansion in the near future.

As Kiwa’s CITO, Ivonne Verlinde will be responsible for the development of programs like Ethics & Compliance, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), talent management and succession planning. She will also support Kiwa’s alignment with SHV. Kiwa is a member of the SHV Family of Companies. In previous roles, Ivonne worked for other SHV companies including ERIKS (as COO) and Mammoet (as CHRO).

EVP Matt Courtney has been the CEO of Intega since 2019 – a role he will continue to play. Matt has more than 30 years’ experience providing quality control and quality assurance to various sectors in the construction business. Intega consists of Construction Sciences, Raba Kistner, PPI Quality and Engineering, and T2 Utility Engineers. Activities cover the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

We have given Ivonne and Matt a warm welcome and wish them all success in their roles within Kiwa.
