Introduction to the EU organic regulation (EU) 2018/848
17 October 2024November 19th, + November 26th, 2024 - The EU organic regulation (EU) 2018/848 will be in force from 1st January 2025 for operators located in Third Countries (TC). This new legal framework is applicable for all operators who want to market their or-ganic product in Europe. Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH (Kiwa BCS) has been officially recognized by the European Commission as a control body in accordance with 2018/848.
