About Spot On
Introduced by Kiwa ISA Sport in 2021, Spot On is an online tool that helps managers of artificial and natural grass fields gain control of their assets. It offers a unified system for all maintenance and management data. This enables immediate compliance with warranty conditions for artificial turf, IPM-conform operations, and documentation of maintenance partner activities. Kiwa currently offers six modules: Artificial Turf, Natural Grass, IPM (Integrated Pest Management), Field Monitor for contractors and service providers, Multi-Year Maintenance Planning (MJOP), and Indoor Sports and Site Design.

Spot On Module for Indoor Sports and Site Facilities
Within the Spot On module for Indoor Sports and Site Facilities, you can add supplementary information to site elements, such as the type of paving, type number and height of streetlights, the length of a path, etc. The module offers extensive functionality for the maintenance and management of site components.
Spot On Artificial Turf module
With the Spot On Artificial Turf module you can easily create long-term maintenance plans for your artificial turf fields. Tasks can be assigned to contractors or your internal team. The digital logbook records all maintenance activities in real-time, offering insights into who did what and when.
Spot On Field Monitor module
As a contractor or service provider involved in the maintenance and/or inspection of sports facilities, you work with clients facing tight budgets, stricter (environmental) laws and high-quality expectations. Spot On helps manage these projects efficiently and fosters smooth collaboration with clients through user-friendly tools.

Natural Grass
Managers of natural grass fields face increasing laws and regulations. The Spot On Natural Grass module includes all general features plus specific tools for managing and maintaining natural grass fields. Users can plan and log fertilization, monitor grass quality, and schedule and record maintenance tasks.
