To make a complaint to Kiwa Creiven or to report a problem with certified products, send an e-mail to info.creiven@kiwa.com stating the subject and sender, or call +39 0514593111, or use any other means of communication.

An appeal against a certification decision must be submitted in writing by e-mail to info.creiven@kiwa.com, stating the subject and sender.

Kiwa Creiven undertakes to acknowledge receipt of complaints, appeals and reports within 5 days of receipt and to respond within 60 days.
