Anticipated Completion Date: 2022

The State Highway 249 extension is a $520 million project aiming to enhance local community access to regional counties, by incorporating 24 miles of new roadway to the north of Houston, Texas.

Raba Kistner has been delivering multiple service lines, including Construction Materials Testing, Survey, Environmental Testing and Geotechnical Engineering.

Raba Kistner’s custom ELVIS software has also been used for the project’s quality documentation.
