Introduction

In ISO 9001:2015 requirements in a nutshell training we open quality management system requirements clearly and in an understandable way from point to point. The training takes into account the needs and expectations and the level of competence of the participant. Good practices and examples are shared. The course consists of interactive discussions and group work. Each standard requirement is reviewed and opened for understanding.
