Kiwa is proud to announce the successful implementation of Digi-Tags solution on Milcobel’s lifting and hoisting equipment, which enhanced the audit process at their Langemark, Belgium, site. Following a 2022 rollout, asset tagging is ongoing at other Milcobel sites. Digi-Tags, combined with Kiwa certifications, ensure compliance, safety, and operational efficiency in the food sector.

In order to ensure the harmonized application of the above-mentioned requirements, the Commission has adopted Implementing Decisions to define the specific minimum hygiene requirements. These Implementing Decisions, as well as the Delegated Regulations, were adopted by the European Commission and published on 23.04.2024.
