TIEC (Texas International Engineering Consultants) offers energy-industry vendor surveillance and third-party inspection services, as well as quality management system development, quality auditing and training services. TIEC has extensive international experience working with large and small manufacturers and service companies worldwide.

Both PPI and TIEC provide third-party inspection and vendor surveillance. They also help their customers develop and implement Quality Management Systems that comply with a variety of industry standards including API Q1, API Q2, and ISO 9001.
