1 ) Helpdesk IT Support

Are you looking for an interesting Helpdesk IT Support position within a highly ambitious international company in Testing, Inspection and Certification? Do you aspire to be part of the business growth? Then you might well be Kiwa’s new Helpdesk IT Support based in Spain.

Your responsibilities

  • Installations and maintenance of equipment
  • L1 Helpdesk support to users of equipment and management of applications and software.
  • Support in the implementation of software
  • Website updating
  • Maintenance and updating of social networks
  • Follow-up of guidelines established from Headquarters

What we expect from you as a Helpdesk IT Support

You can (and dare to) ensure the proper functioning of the company's installations and devices, and keep updated IT applications and systems

What background you need

For this position, we’d like you to bring these educational and personal skills:

  • Vocational Training related to managing IT equipments and systems;
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • Knowledge about Windows Server, MDynamics 365, Google Analytics
  • Good level of English
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • You are good communication and proactive skills.
  • You are based in Spain and are entitled to work here.

Your responsibilities

  • To search new customers
  • To keep the customers portfolio
  • To launch commercial campaigns

What we expect from you as a Sales Manager

You can (and dare to) make a change to enhance the customers portfolio, by means of high level commercial management and searching new sales channels

What background you need

For this position, we’d like you to bring these educational and personal skills:

  • Master or Bachelor in Food area or another relevant area;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • You are good communication and commercial skills.
  • You are based in Spain and are entitled to work here.
