Kiwa Covid-19 Statement

The Covid-19 virus is spreading and is currently occurring in all countries that Kiwa has a presence in. Kiwa is committed to being as proactive as possible in minimising the spread of the virus by constantly reviewing at risk areas and our interaction externally, and safeguarding the wellbeing of our employees and our customers at the same time.
It is paramount that we minimize risks for all our stakeholders, internally and externally, while doing all we can to deliver ‘business as usual’.

As the situation varies in each country, our approach is to act on local advice. We are following the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), local government and local health organizations in each country.

If we encounter circumstances that prevent us from delivering business as usual, we will advise affected customers, and liaise with the appropriate local authorities to deliver as best we can given the local circumstances.

While we will do all we reasonably can to deliver Kiwa services to customers as usual, we appreciate that some disruption is likely. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and ask for understanding in this unique situation.
