A distinction must be made between the European product standards such as EN 14041 for textile, resilient floor coverings and laminate, EN 16511 panels for floating installation and the standards for parquet and wooden floors as well as for sports floors. Besides, screeds are also produced according to the European standards EN 13813 and EN 13892.
Almost all tests can be offered for screeds according to EN 13813 and EN 13892, as the standards also cover synthetic resin screeds. Inspections and certifications are more difficult here, as the previous classification is only based on system 4.
For floor coverings, slip resistance tests can also be offered in cooperation with the upcoming requirements regarding VOC emissions. In addition, there are many investigations in the event of damage, but these are mainly based on the interaction of the floor construction.
