Purpose of register

 

Grounds and purpose for use of personal data are maintenance of register of certified personnel of qualified inspection systems according to requirements set in STUK requirement YVL E.5.

Content of the register

Candidate name, birth date, employer information, training records, underlying certifications and qualification final results.

 

Regular sources of information

Regular information sources are the candidate and his/her employer and/or NPP Licensee.

Regular destinations of disclosed data

Register Data is not published.

Register data is regularly handed over the NPP Licensee ordering the qualification and certification and to the employer of personnel.
Data can be disclosed (shown, not transferred) to other parties only in cases where specific permission is granted by the qualification owners (NPP Licensee and Inspection System owner)

 

Transfer of data outside EU or ETA

Data is transferred outside EU or ETA only in cases when Inspection System owner and qualified personnel employer is located outside EU or ETA.

 

Principles of data security

Manual register

Part of data is kept in print format. Print format data is kept in locked rooms of Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy Personnel Certification. Access to print format data is restricted to limited personnel of Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy.

Digital register

Digital data is accessible to limited usernames only and access is protected by passwords.

 

Right of inspection

 

Person who is registered has the right to inspect his/her personal data in the register. Data to be inspected is requested with a written request to fi.asiakaspalvelu@kiwa.com.

 

Right of rectification

Any rectification of personal data shall be corrected when so requested with a written request to fi.asiakaspalvelu@kiwa.com.

 

Right of prohibition

Person who is registered has the right to deny disclosure of his/her personal information for direct advertising, marketing, surveys or genealogy.
