As part of the QAFP system, we certify for compliance with the following scopes: chicken and turkey carcasses, elements and meat, culinary pork, sausages, canned meat and meat products for grilling or baking.
A detailed description of the system and its general requirements define the rules of belonging to the system, allowing for maintaining the rules of identification and traceability at every stage. QAFP is an open system and can be joined by any participant who voluntarily decides to comply with the standards set out in industry notebooks, for each stage of the chain (breeder-producer-distributor). The requirements cover the stages of production, from breeding, animal feeding and rearing conditions, through slaughter, cutting, processing, transport, packaging and packaging, to storage and sale.
