The Commodities Act Pressure equipment states that the initial evaluation refers to the second hand use of pressure equipment. It concerns pressure equipment which is manufactured before May 29 of 2002 according to the legislative regulations in one of the EEA states, with the exception of the Netherlands. EEA states refers to the states that were affiliated with the Agreement concerning the European Economic Area on May 29 of 2002. The concerning pressure equipment is not manufactured in accordance with the Guideline Pressure equipment and didn’t undergo the Examination for Commissioning based upon the Commodities Act Pressure equipment.
