This Advanced HACCP course was designed by ASI's certified instructors and accredited by the International HACCP Alliance.Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) addresses food safety through the analysis of biological, chemical, and physical hazards.
Cost: $399 one time fee
Duration: Must be completed within 14 calendar days and the learner must receive an 80% or better on the final assessment in order to receive a certificate.
A HACCP reassessment is a process where the HACCP plan is reviewed and evaluated to ensure that it is still controlling food safety hazards effectively.
