This one-day session has been designed for anyone who will undertake internal audits.
Delegates will learn everything from auditing concepts and the soft skills needed through to how to actually conduct an internal audit.
This course is suitable for Internal Auditors, Quality Managers & Technical staff. The qualification will be especially useful for those involved in implementing standards and the internal auditing process.
By the end of this course you will:
• Understand the key attributes of an efficient and effective internal auditor
• Explore skills required to plan, perform conduct an internal Audit
• Be able to report on the results of internal audits objectively and seek out compliance and potential non-conformances internally
• Auditing concepts and soft skills required
• Effective auditing techniques and good audit practice
• Audit preparation including audit schedules, planning considerations, and preparing audit checklists
• Principles of conducting an effective audit
• Practical internal audits
• Writing an objective audit report
This is also available to companies as a one-day or two-day on-site course which includes practical audits of your own systems with the trainer.
The cost of the course, from 1 April 2024, is £395 (+VAT) with a £30 certificate issue fee.
