You'll learn everything from auditing concepts and the soft skills needed through to how to actually conduct an audit to BRCGS Food Safety (Issue 9).

During the course, you'll explore the skills required to plan and conduct an audit in line with the BRCGS Food Safety (Issue 9). 

You'll also be able to report the results of internal audits objectively and seek out compliance and potential non-conformances internally with the aim of achieving the best possible grade for the annual BRC certification audits.

• Practical internal audits to BRCGS Issue 9
• Writing an objective audit report
