Kiwa partners with Intega Group after delisting

Kiwa, the international Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) company with a strong home base in Europe, succeeded in partnering with Intega. The approval from Supreme Court of New South Wales to delist Intega Group enabled Kiwa Australia to acquire all ordinary shares.

Kiwa CEO Paul Hesselink: “We believe Intega’s activities and markets in Australia and USA make a perfect fit with Kiwa’s aim to extend and expand its business and construction services in Australia and USA. Kiwa is already active in Australia with management system certification services via Kiwa Compass and with PVEL’s solar services in the USA. We are pleased that we can enlarge this portfolio with Intega’s quality, testing and measurement businesses of T2ue, Raba Kistner, PPI and Construction Sciences.”

Intega CEO Matt Courtney embraces the new partnership with Kiwa: “This merger makes us part of a large international TIC company with highly respected service lines and skills, in a global one-stop-shop. We will add our extensive service offerings and offer our customers the complete Kiwa portfolio in the almost 40 countries where Kiwa operates. I am excited to join in Kiwa’s growth focus and continue to grow in all market segments and locations.”
