New member of the Kiwa family: GHMT AG joins Kiwa Deutschland Group
Bexbach/Hamburg, November 20, 2023: In November of this year, Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Wilhelm, CEO of GHMT AG, Prof. Dr. Roland Hüttl and Dr. Gero Schönwaßer, both Managing Directors of Kiwa Deutschland GmbH, and Wulf Jannsen, Head of Finance and Controlling at Kiwa Deutschland GmbH, signed the corresponding contractual agreement in Bexbach.
Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Wilhelm is delighted with the addition: "Being part of the Kiwa family is an opportunity for us to continue to grow as a company and further expand our services. GHMT AG was founded in 1992 as "Gesellschaft für Hochfrequenz-Messtechnik mbH" and offers sophisticated engineering services in the field of physical transmission security. As a leading testing laboratory accredited by the DAkkS according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 with recognized neutrality, GHMT AG is also an internationally recognized EMC and radio expert in many major projects.
Wulf Jannsen will support Dirk Wilhelm on the Management Board, in the areas of administration and finance. Dr. Gero Schönwaßer and Ron Scheepers, Executive Vice President of Kiwa N.V., will become members of the company's Supervisory Board.
